How we use information submitted through almatest.kz and how to contact us about its processing.

1. Who processes your information
The owner of almatest.kz and the personal data operator is PLANK, Individual Entrepreneur, IIN/BIN 950911300367. Services on the website are offered under the ALMA TEST brand.

This policy applies to website visitors and people requesting a consultation or a service quotation. It does not replace the terms of a separate services agreement.
2. What information we use and why
- Responding to an inquiry: we use the name, phone number, email address and message you provide to contact you, answer your question and prepare a proposal.
- Preparing an estimate: the questionnaire may ask about the product and SGR category, the purpose of registration, the number of product items and the desired timeframe. This information helps determine the scope of work.
- Operating the website: when pages load, technical services receive the IP address, browser and device information, visit date, page address and referral source. This information is used to deliver pages, prevent spam, diagnose issues and compile visit statistics.
Provide only information needed for your inquiry. Website forms are not intended for passwords, payment details, copies of identity documents, medical information or other documents containing unnecessary personal data.
A consultation request does not, by itself, subscribe you to advertising messages. Publishing your contact details, correspondence or an identifiable review requires a separate lawful basis.
3. Services involved in processing
The website uses the Tilda platform. Forms transmit requests through the platform’s infrastructure to the operator’s connected business email service. Staff members who need the information to respond to and handle your inquiry may access it.
Tilda Publishing Kaz LLP processes information under its data processing agreement. It provides for storage in Kazakhstan using the infrastructure of Internet Company PS LLP and SSR LLP (ТОО «ССР»), and permits backup storage on other servers, including Hetzner Online GmbH. We therefore do not state that all technical processing is confined to one country.
Google Analytics is connected for visit statistics. Form protection services may also receive technical information when loaded and used. These services are governed by Google’s privacy policy.
The embedded 2GIS map may receive technical information when loaded and used. Data processing is governed by the 2GIS privacy policy.
Links to WhatsApp, Telegram and 2GIS open third-party services. Messages you choose to send through them are also processed under the rules of the relevant service.
Using international technical, email and communication services may involve cross-border transfers of information. Transfers are permitted where there is a basis under applicable law. We do not sell information from requests or publish it openly.
4. Retention and protection
The website is configured to retain requests in the Tilda account for 30 days. This does not mean that copies of emails or correspondence in other services are deleted automatically.
The operator uses inquiry data until the consultation and associated activities are complete. Further retention is permitted when necessary to perform a contract, meet legal requirements or protect rights. Once the basis for retention ceases, the information must be deleted or anonymised.
Protection includes the website’s encrypted connection and the platform’s security features. Access to inquiries must be limited to people who need it for their work. The operator takes organisational and technical measures proportionate to the nature of the information processed.
6. Accessing, correcting or deleting information
Email Post@plank.kz with the subject of your inquiry, the contact details used in your request and what you would like us to do: provide information about processing, correct data, stop processing or withdraw consent. Proportionate verification that the information belongs to you may be needed to prevent unauthorised requests.
Withdrawal of consent is considered under the Republic of Kazakhstan Law on Personal Data and Their Protection. In the cases provided for by law, processing is stopped within 15 working days or a reasoned refusal is sent. Legal grounds for mandatory retention and outstanding obligations are considered separately.
You may seek protection of your rights from the competent authority or a court. The contact methods in this policy do not limit your statutory rights.
7. Consent terms for contact forms
By giving consent through a form, the visitor authorises PLANK, Individual Entrepreneur, IIN/BIN 950911300367, to collect and process the name, phone number, email address, questionnaire answers and inquiry content entered by that visitor for consultation, quotation and follow-up purposes.
Processing includes receiving, recording, storing, correcting and using the information, transmitting it to technical and email service providers within the scope of section 3, and deleting or anonymising it. Cross-border transfer may take place within the limits described; this consent does not authorise disclosure in publicly accessible sources.
Consent remains valid until the purposes of the inquiry are fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless law or a separate contract provides another basis. Simply viewing a page does not constitute consent to sending personal information through a form.
8. Policy updates
The current version is available on this page with its revision date. Changes do not automatically extend previously given consent. Where required, new consent is requested for new purposes or a broader scope of processing.
