- Identifying product properties and characteristics that may pose a danger to people;
- Identifying factors associated with the manufacture, circulation or use of products that may cause harm to people;
- Assessing goods and the conditions of their manufacture and circulation for compliance with applicable national standards (sanitary, hygienic, epidemiological and veterinary);
- Determining the effectiveness of measures intended to reduce, prevent or completely eliminate a product's adverse effects on human health during manufacture, circulation, processing or use;
- Important: Certificates are issued only by accredited units; the designated government bodies also exercise supervisory functions in the state registration of goods;
