01 / Product requirements
What is the SGR for personal hygiene products and why is it needed?
Adult personal hygiene articles are included in Section II of the Unified List approved by Decision No. 299. The registration requirement is checked against intended use and the commodity heading. Children’s products and cosmetics are governed by their respective technical regulations.
What to prepare for assessment
- Product type and materials of each layer; impregnation formula where applicable.
- Intended use, user age, type and duration of contact.
- Packaging, labelling, storage conditions and manufacturer details.

Stages of obtaining a State Registration Certificate for personal hygiene products

Consultation and product analysis
Our expert identifies the product category, EAEU commodity code (TN VED) and required laboratory tests.

Document preparation
We collect the composition, description, instructions, label, product photo, and manufacturer information.

Laboratory testing
The products undergo toxicological, microbiological and physicochemical testing in an accredited laboratory.

Submission of documents and registration

Receiving the SGR certificate
